I’ve been a fan of Ira Glass for a few years now, but recently a friend shared this clip of Glass talking about his career. He literally shares a clip of himself 8 years into working for NPR absolutely “sucking” at storytelling. It takes time, patience, and a lot of do-overs to deliver awesome.
